Emursive Productions, the producing company behind the McKittrick Hotel, home of Sleep No More, Gallow Green, Manderley Bar, and The Club Car is seeking a full time, dynamic Marketing Coordinator to support its vibrant marketing team.

The Marketing Coordinator will provide administrative support for all marketing and press activities, helping to plan, execute, and report on key audience-driven campaigns and collaborative projects. This person will play a crucial team role in promoting the company’s unique shows and experiences, driving ticket sales, and enhancing brand stories and collateral. Candidates should be self-motivated, nimble, collaborative, organized, and detail-oriented, with an always learning mindset. This is an onsite position in NYC with a heavy execution orientation for an active, 365-day a year entertainment business.

This position reports to the Marketing Director.

Job responsibilities will include:
-Assist with the planning and execution of promotional campaigns for shows and events, including supporting efforts across paid media, partnerships, social media promotions email marketing, and other relevant channels.
-Help manage and execute press campaigns and relevant publicity materials, including press releases, media kits, clips, photo shoots, and coverage reports.
-Collaborate across teams to ensure a proper flow and routing of key marketing assets keeping communications clear and streamlined
-Manage the creative production of brand assets, including merchandise and various marketing collateral, as needed
-Conduct market research relating to industry trends and competitor activities, while identifying new opportunities for community and audience engagement
-Track departmental projects and maintain meeting notes to help facilitate timely execution
-Organize and maintain the department’s marketing assets and materials
-Update key reports and other administrative duties, as needed

Salary
$50,000 – $60,000
